Excellent 2 arrive from overseas but awful leaving Airport . Departure tax has gone up from 550 to 750, a rip off. The Cathay Pacific lounge is small & very dated. Cebu is having a total rebuild, lol.

They serve old yogurt...best before date was 2 days ago. Not so impressed about the quality of snacks/food.

One of the worst airports in the Philippines, ever! Now the x-ray machine is not working so they're doing a manual inspection of all hand-carried bags. They're doing it haphazardly. Beware.
