The focaccia barese here is light and crusty. That's one of my fav focaccia , you should try it! Please note it closes at 1pm!
We tried the traditional Barese focaccia And it was soo good ???? - a bit oily, very crispy , very traditional. You have to get in to line very early. Follow the locals, not the tourists .
