Had such an amazing dinner at BLT, definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Aruba (where the restaurant scene is so overrated). Great food, nice wines , and a setting like no other in the island
Tuna tartare , oysters , popovers , Wagyu Ribeye , BARTENDERS
36oz Porterhouse was the best! Ribeye was a very close 2nd :)
Filet, short rib , crab risotto , thick cut bacon , and the crepe soufflé
I had higher expectations because I love the BLT in New York, but this one was disappointing.
Enjoyed the non- steak items more than the steak .

Loved the popovers and wedge salad !! Of course steak is fantastic but stray away from the truffle Mac and cheese (lacking in truffle-disappointing)
