God damn this is great okonomiyaki , for anyone going to Hiroshima, this place is an absolute must!!!!! Also their okonomiyaki with cheese and jalapeños , OMG food pr0n heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lopez is an expert okonomiyaki maker, and they are all good. Go for the jalapeño-cheese version, because, where else can you get that in Japan? He's also fluent in Spanish, English and Japanese.
