Great hotel , one of the best IC I've stayed in. The swimming pool is amazing with great views and empty in the morning.

Strategic location with a view . Went there for dinner at the western restaurant , pretty decent steak and you can choose your special knife!

B careful - Riva restaurant has amazing pastry , to work it out U need to go to gym on 3rd floor ;)))

Wifi doesn't need VPN so can use Facebook,YouTube and twitter, shower in bathroom is not user friendly . Who wants to shower with their glasses on??

Great steaks at Riva and excellent food in the club lounge on 27th floor

Gym is 24hrs and can get pretty full around 6am thanks to the jetlagged biz travelers.

Free WiFi , but be warned that network connection gets lost frequently! >:-/

Service sucks, most of the time food is good, but sometimes sucks too.

Hotel has no ATM - if you need CNY cash - go to Times Square, Bank of China accept Visa, all others NOT
