Ask for Ms Janice, she is the sole reason I didn't put on a show today. SHE WAS WONDERFUL. Payton clearly has issues and should not work in a service capacity. Hopefully mgmt deals with her!!!
I try to give them the damn benefit of the doubt but they ALWAYS let me down. I'll be sure to call corporate! They are famous for messing up call ahead orders.
The mocha coffee 's and carmral hot chocolate 's are awesome.
