Very Friendly and clean .
Definitely going downhill - no toilet paper, no drying towels, had to wait for attendant to return to cash to place order, watched employee get barked out, then lids in wrong size spots and no napkins
Love Starbucks but generally pretty dirty , lots of flies in summer and common sight to have overflowing garbage
