Polite staff without any doubt. Nice environment and all very carefully. The food quality is unfortunately much lower than they should be for a hotel of this level.
Pizza and salads are nice, beware of beef . My burger and lobster were over cooked and dry! My friend ordered steak medium rare to rare and it came our well done - she returned it and it came very rare
I was in Sofia for my treatment to Anveli Dental. they advised me to sleep in Marinela and eat in Marionette. It was realy beautiful stay in Sofia
Staff is friendly and the food is okay, but smoke inside is allowed, and the music is as loud as in a club, so expect to scream to your friends or partner if you go there. Good idea, bad developed.
