Long-standing real ale pub by the river between the railway station & the Minster. It’s been expanded to include more seating & a small outside area over the years, but the beers are still great.

Excellent pub . Friendly bartenders and atmosphere. Not sure what to drink? Ask your bartender about their beers - they'll surely offer you samples.

Strong range of beers . Near the offices so it's pretty busy in the evenings. Staff are pretty dull but it's a good spot for a lively pint.
