This hotel is really amazing. Deluxe rooms are so big and come with everything you need for your stay to be comfortable and view from them is just fantastic. They also serve delicious breakfast .

This hotel was the first-class but no more because group tourists are widely accepted in this hotel in these days and some of the group visitors are terrible in manners... low quality tourists ...
ロビーは坂を登ったところにあるので、坂が苦手な人は地上から乗れるエレベータを使ったほうがよいかも 。宴会場 側のエレベータからでもホテル フロントへは普通に行けます。三宮・新神戸方面へのシャトルバス サービス が便利。
一階の和食 山里でランチ。朝から忙しく朝食 抜きでしたので美味しゅう御座いました。
ホテル から徒歩2分程度のバス停 から周遊バスが出ており、三ノ宮付近の観光 に便利。ホテル のサービス は、オークラブランドの名に恥じない素晴らしい対応。トイレと風呂 の水回りの古さは、早くリノベーションして欲しいのだが、、、それ以外は快適 なホテル です。

ベッド周りにコンセント 無し。名門ホテル なのにいかがなものか。
夜景 が最高です。中華 街から歩けるしアクセスも良い。

ホテルオークラ神戸のジム・サウナ・プール・テニスコート。ジムのみ午前１０時から。他は朝の７時から。神戸の著名な経済人はココで汗を流しています。テニスは２面。プールは２５m。ジムはフリーウエイト・ランニングマシン等充実。トレーナーは面倒見がよくストレッチは最高です。エステやマッサージも当然完備。 - Shinichi Tsuji

Although far from city center, it is next the Portliner tram station, a monorail train going to city and Kobe. The hotel also provide shuttle bus to the city every 20 minutes. - doddy soebadi

Spacious rooms, reasonable price and very accessible to shopping. Skywalk connects to Umie, Mosaic and then Anpanman Children's Museum. Facility is aged but under good maintenance. Recommended. - Yung-Yu Chen
Tourist Tip: The best time to go is just before sunset. There's a nice photo spot from the walkway, just under the tower. - R U S S
A must-see spot in Kobe. Sightseeing from the top of the tower is a fantastic experience. Personally I think it's even better than Rokko mountains. - Yunyou LU
