If you are a fish/sushi lover, here you will get an “as good as it gets” experience. We also loved the « mis en bouche ». They pay extra attention to the details, service and presentation.

Excellent Japanese food . Casual atmosphere for a Michelin-starred restaurant . Beware: lunch menu can only be ordered until 1300h. Too bad it wasn't mentioned when making the reservation .

Despite its fame & accolades, I left underwhelmed. Classic dishes but there are better executions in the Benelux. Highlight was the most unorthodox dish, white sesame ice-cream with chestnut & plums .

Nous avons le plaisir d’être assis au comptoir face au Chef KAMO et son équipe. Un vrai plaisir pour les yeux et vrai délice pour les papilles .

Le comptoir est un régal pour les yeux . Quel cérémonial ! Tout est aussi minutieux que délicieux (même si le poisson cru est meilleur que le poisson cuit). A recommander.
