It is my favorite restaurant in Basel. They serve food all day, and they have great appetizers - you can choose 2-5 different dishes. Feuerkuchen are delicious! Did i mention great value ? Thumbs up!

Modern flare right on the historical Barfüsser square. Known for its fresh and tasty Flammenkuchen, my personal favorite is the one with pears and Munster cheese - sweet & savory in one balanced bite

Their version of the Alsatian's Flammekueche with various toppings. Also Kohlmann's Prosecco with Elderflower cordial, fresh lemon , red berries & some mint leaves . Looks lovely & tastes great..!

The pork knuckle is very good, so is the beer . The employees are very helpful and gentle... The price is high, but not out of the box for the region

great atmosphere, good food even if there is a lot of meat. they just introduced a vegi alternative which is great :-) service could be faster and more obliging. watch out if the coffee is hot enough

The flammkuchens (called here feuerkuchen ) - kind of "pizza ", traditional from Alsace - are the best in the menu. The interior decoration is great with the heavy wooden tables .

Fire cakes aka very thin crust pizza is out of this world! Ueli beer is great. Venison stew excellent. 2 thumbs up!

Great atmosphere and super friendly staff . That Flammkuchen with potatoes and ham on it was really delicious. Go get it.

Servet wine and delicious plates. Just may not be comfortable if you dont like noisy restraunts

Best Place in town for Flamkuchen with Creme freche, bacon & unions(19 CHF!) Not a cheap place..

Decent local food. Wine is pretty cheap compared to other restaurants . Portions might be a bit larger

First Impression is rediculous...no flexibility in ordering, no adding toppings, either 3 or 5 glasses, not for. The wine is poured to the ml....the food better be good!
