To find food so scrumptious in JH! ???????????? Wyoming produce with an Asian twist, delicious flavours at every step, and those cocktails ! Don't miss the ravioli , any fish or meat dish and the panna cotta .

The seared scallops main was exquisite. The sauce was to die for. The tuna tartaru with wasabi was also excellent. Key lime cheesecake was a great way to finish the dinner . Service was superb.

The nori wrapped shrimp cakes were amazing and the wild boar ravioli was incredible. Must end with the potato cake , impossible to explain but it is caramel goodness in a pie form.

This place will surprise you. Inventive Japanese-American fusion menu. The stir rib dish is not to be missed. Ahi tuna and glazed squash apps are memorable.

Shrimp , the sea bass , the red deer , potato chip pie !! The cookie skillet is one of my favorite in town .

Do not pass up the deer - it is the BEST and delicious! The cherries and sherry sauce make it melt in your mouth! We ate outside and it was a nice day. Lot of locals gather here. Eat the cookie !

Fun and interesting contemporary Japanese bistro-fare. A growing wine list and daily sushi and tartar plates from the crudo bar . The salmon sashimi with truffle and parmesan is to die for. Order 2.

Luxury shrimp , pork shank , and tataki are amazing. Best meal in Jackson. Great cocktail list and superb service.

One of the best in Jackson if not THE best. Consentration in a raw menu. But do not miss the pan seared red deer . And get the cookie . Even if you don't eat suites

Michi was the nicest waitress and gave the best advice. You must try the potato chip cake desert . Sounded crazy but was epic.

Phenomenal bar crudo . Get the scallops and the yellowtail , zomfg. Red deer is also solid, but the standout is the bar crudo :)

Best restaurant in Jackson! Everything I've ever tried has been amazing. Shishito peppers and luxury shrimp to start are a must.

Boar tenderloin is uh may zing! Modern decor , no dead animals here. Potato chip pie . Holy momofuku! Christina Totsi, get on that!!!

Best burger I've ever had and certainly the best calamari . Order the calamari .

The dishes were hit or miss: luxury shrimp appetizer , fries , and deer were all good. Crudo bar wasn't worth it. Striped bass very dry.

The tuna was awsome !!!
