I stayed at the Majestic last time which was nice. However I feel the staff at the Renaissance was fantastic and quite accommodating...AAA+ and friendly . I will always stay here on my returns.

Nice clean hotel with all the usual Renaissance amenities . The elevators could be programmed to work faster otherwise a comfortable stay.

Great neighborhood near many sights, restaurants , and bars . River view . Staff superb. They even received laundry from a nearby service that was 50% less. Don't miss rooftop bar .

The Chinese restaurant is one of the best I had so far. I went there on New Year's Eve and the pool view is just incredible

Breakfast in club lounge (19th Fl.) not many varieties. U can ask staff to get what u want. Enjoy Happy Hour .

Hotel is very old, and even the upgraded room had no view . Matcha and chocolate cookies in the lounge are some of the best

Great lunch buffet and mom eats free for party of 4. Fresh seafood and choice meats, plus free flowing drinks. Happening again on Father's Day.

Checkout the rooftop pool which turns into a bar at night. Great view

The room decor needs a slight refresh and power outlets need to be installed bedside, otherwise a very solid hotel well-located in Saigon

Not much help from staff about what is around re shopping etc. no information on any tours or sight seeing activities nothing. I am sure they could use a huge upgrade in this area.
