Love the pool. Rooms are spacious . Everything in the hotel & restaurants here is very overpriced and they also charge $25 per night for a fridge when other hotels I've gone too it's a standard!

Nice hotel , the pool view is awesome and some rooms on 4th floor has access to it. The view on 12th floor is also great! No free parking even if you are platinum :(

Great pool! Pitchers of mojitos were $25 and gave three of us several drinks. Much better than the $11 each that you pay if you buy individually.

Great staff . Pool area needs umbrellas to block out some of the sun. Casino bar did'nt have the drink I wanted. great location for trade shows.

Great views and pool is nice. However if you want to do anything it is very $$$ to get there. No shuttle service. Great if you are just there for the a convention and not going anywhere else.

There's a great, semi-secluded area by the pool where receptions are held that is great for CrossFit WODs. Box jumps, jump rope, burpee, push ups, squats, etc. Get some! #BeastModeEngage!

This Hotel is very nice, very modern, well located and you can’t beat that view from the rooftop infinity pool !

Be prepared for latino "crunk" on the weekends, otherwise a generally comfortable stay that's a little nicer than most Sheratons.

The staff , the rooms are very welcoming and comfortable .

Parking is free immediately around the building, like right outside the casino entrance by the lagoon so don't spend the $16 to park at the garage

This hotel has the best Valet Parking system. The guys are awesome!

Decent hotel , but there is nothing located nearby. You will need to rent a car or use lots of cabs. Also the cabs are never the same price twice, so be prepared...

Great hotel but beware of the bar staff . They will try to overcharge. Make sure to review your bill!

Fantastic pool!

To get to Old San Juan, taxi is $12, or catch a bus directly across the street at the Convention Center for 75 cents. Buses leave every 20-30 minutes.

Got back 5 mins past 2am looking forward to a late night snack from room service and they said it was closed; menu says 11pm to 6am. They should consider updating their menu ???????? #lies #disappointed

Be careful when making a reservation , make sure your flight is early and not late and delayed

Go to their pool. It's a beautiful view and good for exercise. Don't eat their Mofongo . Very disappointing.
