Don't know what the other tips are talking about. I stay in a lot of hilton hotels and this place is awesome! Clean , great ocean views , and friendly staff . Plus the pools are open 24/7.

Forget the ridiculous process of checking out towels at the main pool. Just go to the gym and take them with no fuss. (They work great at local beaches too!)

Was really clean and great experience. Had lots of bars and pools balcony and ocean views . And many activities for the whole family. Even the casino !

When you walk out of the main entrance head left to Ocean View restaurant . Great food and good margaritas at good prices. Oh and an ocean view .

Nice resort in great location. Walk the strip or take a taxi to Old San Juan just a few minutes away.

This hotel was good until last night when we used the iron and I guess it messed with the "resting" termites bc once I removed the ironing board and iron the termites invaded the whole room.

There is a small area by the back pool with a couple chairs overlooking the ocean. Quiet great spot if you can snag it.

Great stay. Comfortable & clean . Bar in the pool. Right on the beach . Casino as well . I would definitely stay here again.

This is great if you get a good deal for a long weekend getaway. We used priceline and got an amazing steal, and still got an oceanview. But otherwise I don't feel this a true Conrad.

It's only $20 per night to upgrade to an ocean view room & it's oh so worth every penny!!!!

Request to stay in the main tower (ocean side not lagoon). But be careful, the glass showers can easily leak ... A LOT!

Pool bar is great. Everyone is friendly . Try the noodle bar it's great at 3am but go else where for local flavour .

I thought it was overpriced but its a nice spot if you get a room with ocean view . Good clean pools and hot tub . WiFi is very dodgy… could never connect.

Very expensive food and drinks, slow service and over crowded very tiny beach . Inside lobby is nice, stay in the ocean tower if you want better views . Parking is $17 a day, $32 daily resort fees.
