Really wonderful place to wander around. It can get crowded , so be prepared to be patient. Also note the time on your ticket because we didn't and ended up having to wait 1hr before entry.

If you are a beer conesieur, stop in the pub . The ???? is great! Beautiful greenhouse filled with every plant! The house was stunning!

Everything is so amazing! It can get a little hot in there during the summer. You will be walking sooo much. Also, photography is not allowed in the house

Do the audio tour . Completely worth it and way more info than the brochure. About 2 hours. Also make sure to go to the beautiful gardens down the hill to the left of the estate .

If you want to save a little bit of money, get one audio tour and have one person designated as the "tour guide". The house is stroller friendly , with stroller parking & an elevator

If you're coming on a crowded day, it's better to park in the lots that require a short walk. The walk is shady and generally flat...and you won't have to worry about waiting for the shuttle.

The audio tour is a must. Be sure to visit the Stable Cafe as they have adult beverages . Ask about the sangria specials as they were only $5. Everything is so affordable at the estate .

Always love visiting the Biltmore Estate! There are 2 hotels on the property,restaurants ,winery , shopping area,so many outdoor activities ! It's great for family weekends & holidays are wonderful.

Going on a snowy Tuesday was a brilliant idea. We were only two of 263 people on the estate - felt like we had the whole house to ourselves! Would definitely recommend going on a low volume day!

The Land Rover experience is great. It is a mix between showcasing the vehicle and teaching different 4x4 techniques. I learned a lot. I recommend the 2 hour class .

Biltmore Estate was home to the biggest house when it was built many years ago in 1966. It had boasts one of the first experiments on sustainable agriculture.

Go during the day in Fall to see the leaves and the Fall garens. If you go at Christmas , do the candle light night tour ! All the fireplaces are burning in the house and the whole house is decorated!

Make sure you look up... Most people don't look up when they explore and will miss some of the most ornate parts of the home.

Get there early. Crowds start around 10:00 and house is not air conditioned . Pack a lunch because you could be there all day with so many things to see and do.
