I had the most amazing date of my life here. The food was just excellent! The haggis???? my streak was so tender! And these mush peas ! Plus amazing wine and great service!
The Sunday roast was really tasty and great value , try it with a pint of Chip71! You need to book .
Nice Scottish food in an adorable leafy setting. You can order food in “wee” or “big” sizes. Worth checking out when in Glasgow!
Tried here for lunch . You can pick from 3 different seating areas to have your meal. Slightly expensive . Friendly customer service .
Best old fashioned I’ve had in a long time and venison haggis is a must try. Also, very kid friendly .
Big name chefs have blown in, bloused up a place and blown back out again leaving the city lacking in stars. Yet there are gems to be found and the Ubiquitous Chip is one of them. Read more
Great place! I even had a customised menu to match my annoying dietary requirements. Love this place!
The wee pub is super cozy with a great selection of whisky . Just don't try to go up the spiral staircase!
Overall they provide very delicate dishes. Service is always top notch.
The pub food is great! Try the haggis . There's both veggie (for those who want to kind of try) and haggis with a quirk (like venison haggis ).
Seafood plate + mull of Kintyre cheese plate = 1 of best meals I've ever had!
Chip 71! Fursty draught but also the amazing Riegeler. Malt of the month whidky usually a good deal . Balcony a good place to find love or be sociable
If you're in the pub , go up the stairs to the roof for a drink. The heaters are decent so it's good in the evenings too.
Great service, selection and atmosphere
Best haggis I've ever had.
It's a cute bar/restaurant. Many levels and rooms to navigate through, and has a quiet little terrace with seating.
Named to poke fun at Scotland’s perceived lack of finer cuisine, it offers a French touch but resolutely Scottish ingredients, carefully selected and following sustainable principles.
Great atmosphere. Must try their haggis and cheesecake !
Lovely haggis and cheesecake
Great wine and scotch selection . Tried a duck egg and shrimp appetizer that was way more amaZing than it sounds!

Best restaurant in Glasgow. Never, ever disappoints.
Mull of Kintyre cheese plate=mind blowing.
Vegetarian haggis !
Try the scotch beef . Melts in your mouth.
Don't forget about the roof deck !

Scottish style restaurant, nice interior, railway station / industrial like... traditional local food... good service, nice bar too... - Stefan de Goeij
This is a really fun pub. I totally recommend it. It gets even better when the live music starts ???? - Solo Mascarenhas
The go-to pub for a nice pint in the university area: solid selection of draught and bottled beer, a proper beer garden, affordable prices. Book a table and enjoy a pot of mussels and chips. - Daniel
