Staff is attentive and food is solid. Nicely off the tourist track and a great way to try some Tuscan fare. Cod "in zimino" was lovely and don't forget the flourless chocolate cake for dessert !

Cafe experience of Fabiola Pucci's Michelin resto. atmosphere is beautiful, cozy & inviting. The food is spectacular & less $$ than the Americanized trattoria all around. The best meal so far in Italy

One of Fabio Picchi's restaurants , the offerings at his elevated trattoria include heavy soups , roasted game, obscure offal like stuffed chicken neck, and ricotta and potato sformatino souffle .

Pure and sublime dishes served in a relaxed atmosphere paired with competent, polite staff . Eat here when in Florence.

Lovely place. The family also runs a super fancy restaurant and somewhere-in-the-middle caffe nearby so make sure to specify when making a reservation .

Vitello tomato was the best ever. So good do not miss it.

Porcini soup and minestrone both satisfy.

Waiter will sit at your table and explain the menu... Amazing experience. Minestrone soup is the best soup I've ever had.

The tomato paste and the minestrone are basically masterpieces. Finish w/ the flourless chocolate cake .

To avoid sometimes agonizingly long waits , come early (7 pm) or late (after 9:30).

Todo riquisimo!! Comimos minestrone , flan de espinaca y ricota y guiso de pescado y verduras con vino tinto . De postre torta de queso con mermelada de naranjas amargas y torta de chocolate sin harina.

Une réussite. De l'Antipasto (gelée de tomates ), au lapin farci en passant par l'incontournable sformato au ricotta chaque plat fut excellent. Ne pas hésiter.

Da non perdere a Firenze! Insieme al Ristorante e al Caffè , i tre Cibreo sono collegato al Teatro del Sale. Nella trattoria ottimo servizio e menù, da provare il coniglio ripieno !

Se cerchi un locale accogliente , quasi "di casa", dove il socio del circolo viene letteralmente coccolato e viziato prova il Cibrèo. Veramente un esperienza infrequentemente.

Permita-se esta experiência: tratamento primoroso, comida muito bem preparada e saborosíssima. Vale a visita! $$$$
