A very good budget hotel . Nice staff . Brilliant location. Wifi in the bar and lounge and also in many rooms. My third stay here.

A conveniently located hotel on Birmingham New Street close to the station. Comfortable quiet rooms, a bar and room service .

You get what you pay for springs to mind ! Bring a 4 way adaptor if you need to charge more than 1 device, room only has 1 plug with square pins the others are round and the they don't supply adaptors

Shabby chic ruled in my room but it was clean , had power points, working tv & hair drier. I faced onto new street and despite being a light sleeper wasn't disturbed. Recommended budget hotel .

If you're on the 6th floor be prepared for lift problems

Shabby retro has a certain charm and the price is good. Our window is seriously dirty !

Room had no windows. NONE. No window. Totally flummoxed (and a bit claustrophobic).

My top tip is don't stay here. I paid £140 for a bleak and wretched room.

Bring earplugs! Paper thin walls, noise from the street, and rubbish collection at 5am. Also don't expect to use the lifts or have a place to plug anything in.

While it was quaint, the uncomfortable rooms, horrible beds, and lack of wifi became overly annoying. And be warned the walls are paper thin.

Yes it's a budget hotel but it's okay for the price and its location. Just be sure that you don't get a smoking room unless you are a smoker.
