A visit on fridays for the prime brisket is a regular occurrence for me. Their brisket is some of the best in waco. Dan's also has some of the best ribs i've tried - not overseasoned tender.

Best BBQ sides I have ever had! Lean brisket is amazing along with a fully loaded Texas Tater . Make sure to stop by if passing through or in Waco...totally worth trying!

Get a 3 meat plate with Top Cut Brisket , Turkey , Chicken , some potato salad & slaw . Finish it off with some pecan pie . Wash it all down with Dublin Dr. Pepper .
