Get "the order" with a Big Red . If you like BBQ , you will not be disappointed. Get there early so they don't run out. Wed is all you can eat ribs , so it's usually packed.
Soak onions and sasage in gravy . Place a slice of cheese in to melt. Build your sandwih with melted cheese with meat and veggies . Dip sandwich in gravy and enjoy!

A visit on fridays for the prime brisket is a regular occurrence for me. Their brisket is some of the best in waco. Dan's also has some of the best ribs i've tried - not overseasoned tender. - Ken Temple
