All due respect to the other places in town , but this is the best BBQ place in the Waco area. Perhaps the best I've had anywhere.

Soak onions and sasage in gravy. Place a slice of cheese in to melt. Build your sandwih with melted cheese with meat and veggies. Dip sandwich in gravy and enjoy! - Eric Hogan
A visit on fridays for the prime brisket is a regular occurrence for me. Their brisket is some of the best in waco. Dan's also has some of the best ribs i've tried - not overseasoned tender. - Ken Temple
