I got surprises gift everyday from the hotel staff . They are very nice and friendly . Bus and metro stations are just 1 minute away from the hotel . Definitely will stay here again if I visit Suzhou????
The elevator wont stop at 3rd floor, you need to take stairs from 2nd floor to get there. Deluxe room on the 9th floor has a nice city view .

Two towers in this hotel and we stayed in the Grand Rezen in the west wing. Amazing stay! It’s a bit far away from the city center but service, room layout and cafe definitely made amends! - ???????? SrKeeda
