Most helpful and friendliest Ritz staff ever. Pool food is also very good, not typical beach grub but solid choices from Fish Tacos to delicious Quesadillas-great place to stay!

The nicest hotel staff you will ever meet. They took care of ALL our questions about the city , places to go, booking for tours , good restaurants to try out, etc. Highly recommended!

Walk to Walgreens. 5 mins to right. Stock up on beer and breakfast . You can fit 1/2 gal milk and and one can of beer in the honor bar fridge in your room if you rearrange!

A walk around our property will reveal many of the native plants that can be found throughout Puerto Rico.

Nice lobby lounge but drinks quite expensive ... Really enjoyed dinner at Los Platos nearby...reasonable, delicious and fun!

I was generally underwhelmed by my room, although the pool area was nice and the ground floor walk-out rooms by the pool looked like the best way to go.

Food is outstanding. Service should've been better...very slow. BBQ corn was great and get the blood orange sorbet it excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton. Not only would we not hesitate to go back (often), we would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone considering a stay in San Juan.

Ask Orlando at the lobby bar for his newest creation. In a pinch, his mojitos are literally legendary.

Have dinner at BLT Steak and if you like spice get the jalapeño mashed potatoes . then hit up the Lobby Bar for a liquid dessert mixed by Orlando .

FYI - Only drawback about the place is that they don't have a lot of local cuisine on their menus! Get a cab into Old San Juan for good eats!

Walking in to a Champagne welcome assures you the beginning of a wonderful stay. The jr.suites are lovely

Club Level has great food, but the deserts are the best - and don't miss the cocktail hour!

Great hotel , becuse its just a 5 minute walk to the Chabad Jewish Center!

The pavilions are lovely for great all day service and personal space. #4 gets the best sun all day.

Orlando in the Lobby Bar is the best bartender , period. Try the Signature Mojito or Old Cuban.

The lobby lounge is awesome with a good selection of food.

The beach walk to the right of the resort is longer and nicer than the left.

Be careful by the pool after rainfall, it puddles up and takes awhile to drain. Beautiful pool spot either way!

Bartender Orlando in hotel lobby us awesome. He'll take care of you. He's also an encyclopedia of rum knowledge .

Swanky casino with an elegant bar .

This was our second time at this property and it was amazing. The staff was exceptional, especially Diana in the lobby lounge she was sweet and thoughtful. Looking forward to our next trip there.
