This hotel is a lot better than Hotel Seri Malaysia (which is located a few steps away), but it is very much cheaper..!! Nice view facing the river .. I like staying at this hotel .. Recommended..!! :-)

The breakfast is a must! All delicious, as good as it looks. The staff were very helpful and friendly . Free Wifi at the lobby and G floor.

Most important wifi is great, room is clean and comfy . Only set back is, in room dining only until 10.30pm. It should at least be until 11.30pm.

Clean bed sheet, fluffy pillow , RM140 per night for double bedroom, wifi is pretty good up here.

View is amazing! Though the hotel is pretty aged and wifi is totally non-existent on the higher floors but let us just focus on the view okay?

reception and check in is okay, but they really need to priotize cleanliness, toilet smelly and slimy and carpet dusty. need to throw out some old musky wood furnitures from 80’s

The location is in the middle of Kuala Terengganu. The room & toilet is clean . The water pressure is ????. However, the breakfast spread is very limited.

Nice new hotel , clean n adequate but the shower is not for big people tho'. And it's weird the hotel rate come with 1 person breakfast only, usually it's breakfast for 2.
