Their bacon slab is stunning.... Simply amazing!!! The best bacon i've ever had! We also like their beef jerky too!
Lots of jerky to choose from including wild boar jerky , elk jerky , and several turkey and beef styles. Smoked pork chops will keep 5 days in unopened package with no refrigeration.
From the deli : Get the hog heaven with avo (+$0.50) if you, like me, enjoy some delicious fresh, crunchy, creamy veggie contrast alongside your mountain o' meat.
This place is AWESOME! Breakfast burrito and roastbeef sandwich for breakfast were the best!

If you don't feel like dealing with the chaos that is Schats , the sandwiches here are just as tasty. One word: Bacon !

Disappointed many of their jerkies have MSG, but otherwise a best stop. Picked up some smoked pistachios and wild boar jerky !
