Comfortable bed and pillow , very important point for me. Muslim friendly hotel . Strategic location nearby a bus station , restaurants , shop lots, Pasar Payang and a money changer.

Good service staff (which is rare for a 3 stars hotel in Malaysia). Polite and always greet. Separate swimming pool for female and male.

Hotel room is nice & clean . Free Wifi (puteri1234567), saparated small pool for boys and girls. Open space car park that usually full. Three minutes walk to near by masjid.

Centrally located. Near a masjid, mall and food. Also there is an old castle and Bukit Puteri as tourist attraction . Breakfast spread are ok with keropok lekor and nasi dagang , iconic dishes.

The wifi here is super fast... A great hotel .. But the room is a bit smelly... There is not bath tub, but every room has the iron and iron board which is not shared. a good hotel to stay in terengganu
