Not crowded but peaceful ..good choice if u like silence ~ the car park is at 5th floor so U will gt dizzy when u drive up like marry go around

Choose fajar superier room type. New type of room. Better environment and quite a nice room to stay and comes with breakfast .

As a 4 star hotel , thrs lack of plug point , amenities is uncomplete, cracked ceiling in room, no complimentary iron board & hair dryer, cant even find any plug for shaver in bathroom , speechless.

Reasonable price with comfortable room .

The room is ok!. However, quite stressful when you got only one access card to your room even if u stay together with another person..

Company's panel hotel .. No choice.. No Wifi , breakfast just ok, first timer pls request for old wing (new wing no window). Everytime i come, different receptst...

Park in 5th Floor so that you can get to it after breakfast which is also at 5th floor

Will not come back to this hotel anymore! Is the worst hotel that i ever stayed! The way from lobby to room is terrible! Is a maze! First time i got lost in hotel ! Car park sucks too!

carpark is linked to the event rooms via lift. not bad. the staffs needs training . wifi needs upgrade.

Room was just ok. Do not like the overall layout design of the hotel . There's 2 carpark entrance and its very confuse for first time visitor

It is an old hotel and even the television is old like my grandmother house. The room is old and creepy. I don't like the hotel but Ixora is full :(

It really really let me down so much. After staying few night, i change hotel to Ixora . Far better than this one.

New Wing rooms have curtains and all but no windows.. LOL..

Most of their customers were Chinese including the staffs too, room was not bad & reception slow gila. That's all.

To find a room is adventurer like an amazing race..

Filthy. No direct access from carpark to hotel . At night, elevator is not working, staircase access to hotel is locked.

They hv the slowest recep in the world. Breakfast is bad too!
