I've been to Perai for business. Very cozy hotel . Near the hotel , there are a shopping mall and a money exchange counter, located in the convenient location.

First time been here for business purpose. The room is very spacious & comfortable , lighting is good, bathroom is big too. I like the WiFi service here, stable and fast.Thank you Ixora Hotel Penang

In my 16 years of travelling and staying in more than 100 hotels for one month each, this hotel beats them all in customer service. It has the courteous, friendliest n most helpful staff . - Abang Del.

Lot of indoor parking spaces . Near shopping mall . New and big room . Good customer service. But no swimming pool , so not really suitable for family with young children. Lowest rate around RM200+.

Nice room , friendly staff , fast wifi . Gym on the 2nd floor. The shower don't have hot water though. Pity. The breakfast is nothing to shout about.

The hotel only has qibla direction in certain rooms. Not all of them. This makes it little bit hard for us muslims.

At 8am...the training room is still in progress if cleaning . The place was still with rubbish fr previous training . Compare to sunway hotel , efficiency is low.

Home sweet home

Bed as hard as a plank and musty smelling carpets. Never again for me!!! View from my room on some ugly back part of a building. You won't want to open the curtains.

Bad. Took recommendation from the other tips and regret staying here (Triple Superior ). Slow wifi , light not working, noisy aircond had to call for maintenance. Lights outside hall not even installed.
