Great rooms and setup. Very nice and pleasent staff . Always have a wonderful stay.
The hotel is worn, small corridors with middle doors, hard to maintain a baby buggy if you are alone. No step free access to lobby, narrow entrance. Staff attitude is fine. Shower is fixed to wall.
Exceptionally warm welcome from the hotel concierge , fantastic breakfast and service at the BNI Sunrise meeting - fantastic!
Really friendly staff . Great recommendations and assistance in finding restaurants .
Remember to get your car park token from front desk before nipping out to get your car.

Staff are great, very attentive and friendly. Make sure you book a room with a window if staying here though. Also, 3.50 a day parking for guests. - Neil
