Nice place with free parking but the free WiFi is a tad flakey. And when they say you can have two devices online they don't mean concurrently!
Great showers . Ropey (but free) wifi .
Wifi is pretty flaky and has dumb unintelligible usernames and passwords. Don't they realise that it just annoys the guests. What is wrong with a simple password they change every week?
This is not a luxury , boutique hotel . Common areas new but rooms are tatty and tiny. Wifi didn't work at all. Didn't give me room promised. Towels smell of harsh chemicals. Staff are friendly .
Some rooms have no cold water. There mixer taps seem to be broken but they blame the plumbers - yeah right then why not fix them? Strange in a £120+ hotel ....
I enjoyed my stay it was a cozy hotel in an amazing city .. Most important meal is really delicious and worth waking up and leaving the bed. - Fatma
