Amazing ancient Library . The historic Library of Celsus, one of the most beautiful structures in Ephesus, is definitely worth a visit. You can firmly feel the wisdom and knowledge been stored there.

An incredible place. With such unparalleled preservation, it is hard not to imagine what it was like as a bustling city of 250,000 in the first century BC. Fabulous digs!

Present-day abundance of feral cats aside, the fact that this library stands w/o virtually any preservation, is a testament to the Ancient Greek quality craftsmanship .

There were a secret undeground tunnel starts from this library and goes to the " Antic Strip Club " for Ephesus Man :) i bet they were good readers ( thats what their wifes thought lol )

Roma dönemi yapılarının en güzellerinden birisi olan yapı hem kütüphane , hem de mezar anıtıdır . Efes valisi olan Celsius ölünce, oğlu kütüphaneyi babasının adına mezar anıtı olarak yaptırmıştır.

Bir zamanlar 3 katlı ve dönemin en büyük kütüphanesiymiş , yamaçevlerle birlikte Efes Antik Kenti'nin en görülmeye değer noktası

Burada aklıma şu geliyor; Rubor - Tumor - Dolor ve Color :) Celsus'un tanımladığı inflamasyonun dört kardinal bulgusu olur kendisi

cilalı taş devrinden kalma m.ö 6000 yılına kadar uzanan bir tarih.. Herkesin gidip görmesi gereken bir yer. 2015 yılında dünya mirasına giren 1970 li yıllarda en son restoresini olmuş bir tarihi alan.

Egitim şart sözünün tarihi aynası. Efesin en etkileyici bolumu. Antik kentte en cok vakit harcanan bolumlerden biri. Aksamustunu ya da gunun erken saatlerini deneyin, sıcaktan etkilenmeyin.

Gündüz ayrı güzel, gece apayrı güzel. İmkanı olan burada bir yaz akşamı konserine gitmeli.

Inanilmaz etkileyici. Efes harabelerinin sonlarina dogru bulunuyor. Pusetle gitmek de kolay cunku pusete uygun yollar eklenmis.
