『安らかに眠って下さい 過ちは 繰返しませぬから』...ここに着くと無心に手を合わせ亡くなられた方々の冥福をお祈りせずにいられませんでした。アーチ状の慰霊碑はのまっすぐ先に原爆ドーム が見え、平和記念資料館と原爆ドーム を結ぶ直線状に位置しています。
オバマ大統領がかの有名なスピーチを行なった場所。アーチのオブジェの先に平和の灯とその先に原爆ドーム がぴったりと入る。 A place where the president of the US, Obama has made a speech. Definitely worth a visit.
日本人なら是非ここへ来たほうがよいと思います。

Visit the memorial hall for atomic bomb victims. It's not as big/popular as the main atomic bomb memorial but it has such a simple and beautiful design/exhibit concept. Truly beautiful! - Keri Stenerson
