If you get the filet mignon , ask them to "cut it like a butterfly". It cooks better and looks nice too.
Eat at the bar . Usually an early bird or prix fixe menu available. Very good service at the bar or if sitting at a table.
The Prim Rib was amazing! Loved that they put a brownie in the car when valeting!
Meal was fantastic, but the service was really slow. They didn't seem equipped to handle the increased business The Killers concert brought in.
Nice place, nice view , but lacking something, maybe character. The Keg is a better bet as far as prime rib and dirty martinis are concerned.
