When choosing rooms- Augustus Tower is newer & nicer. Top floors on Forum Tower have jetted tubs & great views . Use Player card when buying anything from food to gift shop to massage . Always use it!

Easily one of the nicest casinos in Canada. Great place for a weekend getaway. Make sure to play casino war - favourite table game by far!

Way better offers than the Detroit casinos , for the crossing the border inconvenience its more than worth it

I thought it to be a nice casino . Good layout, and you earn points on your players club card for everything....not just slots , but any purchase i.e. drinks from bars , gift shop , etc. I would go back

Huge rooms! Spectacular view of Detroit . Never thought I would ever say that! Restos have good service , food and price point is not bad at all.

Fun casino . Be warned that all of their restaurants had over a 30 minute wait around dinner time

No WiFi available in my room for a Tuesday - Saturday. Calls to the concierge were met with "it's an ATT issue, here's the number". Isn't this the hotels problem to deal with?

Don’t bring the kids. Hotel lobby and pool access is through the casino . Under age 19 cannot swim or use fitness center .

Hotel is great, Caesars should be embarrassed to call this a buffet ! GARBAGE!

Don't get room near elevator & ice machine in Augustus Tower. Requested quiet room but kept up all night! Front desk clerks were rude & unhelpful. Very disappointed & exhausted!

The food the sports book is terrible and so is the service... None too impressed with the staff at the Total Rewards desk either. It's sad when you can't even get good customer service at a casino .
