Good location. Really good sized and nicely designed rooms for the price. Some strange little cases of wear and tear, but nice overall. Beds might be a little small if you are tall.

Front desk staff are accomodating. Room is so-so, just a place to sleep. If I'm gonna book again as a tourist , i'll pick hotels in Jonker Area.

Great location:malls just mins walk. Friendly staff . Comfy size clean family triple rooms, firm mattresses. Bathrooms can be cleaner, needs new shower curtains & better towels. Thin walls. Own carpark

Location is strategic,but toilet until today didnt build a glass door for the shower area. Shower area is quite small too easily splash out d water. Hairdryer is not provided in rooms,only by requests

There are plenty of food to be eat on breakfast and its delicious!

Stayed one last time n won’t be back again. Water pressure is so small at level 7, can’t imagine staying at higher floors.Bed is comfy but short in length for d tall ppl. Lotsa amenities out of stock

Was staying at the hotel , triple family room . Surprised to see there’s no view apart from the main door. Toilet is good but the shower space was disappointing since it is too small.

There was only one power source others was used by lighting and other electronic device of the hotel

Lousy housekeeping ,only change towel & add a bottle of drinking water.Never make up bed and clean up dustbins.😡

Location very strategic. But hotel facilities not so. A lot of room for improvement.

Hotel not well maintained. Used to be sky high prices looking basic premium hotel , but now even the hotel door is not repainted. Hotel is only a few years old but feeling like it’s 10 years above.

Couldn't connect to wifi and aircon didn't work. Changed room. Still had wifi issues and found a cockroach on the wall. Open corridor means mornings are very noisy . Plus point: location.

Nice clean hotel

Good location...and that's about it. Housekeeping is sloppy, rooms are dated.

The breakfast waiter and manager for today 23rd Oct 2016 are 2 lousy rude bastards.

Hotel sucks, bad management, bad food, and WTF housekeeping 8.00pm? Stupid!

Secara keseluruhan bagus. Cuma utamakan selenggaraan terhadap “wear and tear”. Kalau ada pengering rambut dan tekanan air yang sedikit kuat itu sudah terbaik.
