The room rates are cheaper than Holiday Inn which is a old building across the street. This is definitely a better hotel with good scenic view of Malacca city and the coast. Highly recommended

Cosy room with nice design. Has everything needed for a good stay. Wifi available now in all rooms and speed is quite good, just ask for password from the reception. Definitely recommend this hotel .

Rooms are spacious and cosy. Choose the ones with a view . Either city view or seaview . No wifi in rooms but you can use the LAN cable. Connect it to your laptop and enable network sharing mode. Enjoy!

Check in process during peak periods is such a hassle. 2 lifts serving the carpark from 3rd to 9th floor is slow! But the rooms are great! 2 Flat screen tvs and a sofa which can also be used as a bed!

The room is cosy and nice. The food is the same all over again (stayed here 4 nights). And the lifts sucks big time. From 17th floor to Ground floor would take 9 minutes (including waiting time)

Very comfy place with great buffet ! I'd go back here when I get the chance to visit Melaka again. However the band playing at the Alto Sky Lounge was a disappointment. Vocalists were not impressive.
