The Royal Hotel

Situated in Durban city centre, 1.5km from the ICC, The Royal Hotel opened as Durban's first hostelry in 1845. Following a Royal Appointment granted by Queen Victoria's second son, Prince Alfred, the hotel was named The Royal Hotel in 1860 and since then has won many awards.
