The staff is amazing. Over the last 18 months I have been here for six separate stays and the service has always been excellent, especially in the Executive Lounge .

Very friendly staff !! The restaurant offers a great buffet at night and for lunch . We are in Durban so a bit on the spicy side. Only drawback is the rooms are not well lit.

Staff are rude and unfriendly and VERY, VERY stingy with perks for elite members (diamond). Rooms are lovely and luxurious . Breakfast and club lounge is good as well

Front office (gentlemen) wasn’t very friendly . Hotel itself is stunning. Rest of staff was friendly .
