Enjoy the sights on your scenic tour to and from the airport , since you'll be riding the bus for a while. At least you'll have time to contemplate why you're paying some of the highest rental car fees

Sky harbor rental car is 20minutes away from T1 from the airport , the shuttle goes out from arrivals T6, take your time and consider this when you're coming back home.

Easy peazy. Fast and convenient shuttles to airport . Clean , easy to navigate and make sure you BOOK ONLINE before you go to avoid any possible lines .

If you are an in-town renter, have someone drop you off at Visitor Parking upstairs or take a taxi here. Max 1 hr parking . And Fox Rent A Car all the way for best rates. Reserve & re-reserve often.

The rental center is quite a ways from the airport so allow plenty of extra time. Also, it is difficult to find a filling station near the rental car center so fill up near your hotel .

Beautiful rental car center. Make sure to take the correct bus back to your departing terminal when returning to Sky Harbor .

The facility is great, clean and vast but the shuttle bus to the airport HAS to be improved!!! The wait to get to the terminals can be as long as 10 minutes between buses . Unacceptable! #lightrail

Travel from rental car center to airport midday seems to always be a torturous wait! It's hot in PHX folks! Keep the buses running! Instead they pull the out of service when they need them most!

You can check your bags at the rental car station if you get there 90 minutes early.

Be sure to add 30-45 min to your trip to take shuttle bus between airport and rental car facility. Some of the drivers seem to be unprofessional as well .

The rental agencies are all at the top level, the cars are on several different levels. Make sure you get on the correct Elevator/Escalator for your rental agency

If you are dropping off a car, make sure to ride the shuttle for your terminal.

Can take up to an hour from when you drop off your car till you get to your terminal. Honestly, who put this place so far from the airport ?

The closest gas station seems to be at Jefferson and 24th (exit 148 10 Frwy). No pay at the pump, but they let me "pump first". Also, it's no-name gas, but who cares since it's a rental :-)

Great service from Alamo and plenty of upscale rides to choose from especially at the price point!

For Fox rental, make sure you sign up for their loyalty club. Otherwise pickup will take an hour

The rental car center is about 3 miles and a 10+ minute shuttle bus ride to the terminals. Be sure to get on the correct bus - the airport has several terminals.

Doesn't get much easier than the rental car center at Phoenix Sky Harbor , and you won't find better customer service than with Enterprise . Effortless.

Better get to the car rental early. It is a 15 min ride back to the airport . I wonder why they put it closer to the Tucson Airport than the Phoenix Airport .

Hertz was great for pickup and drop off. You might have to wait for the shuttle to fill up before leaving. Make sure you have enough time.

When returning your car, it's easier to get to the Rental Car Center via I-10 or I-17 than going through the airport .

Easy pickup and return with all the car rental places in one place just give yourself an extra few minutes.

Shuttle buses take awhile. Make sure you have a few extra minutes before flight.

Make sure you get on the right bus for your airline 's terminal. Three different terminals, three different loading stations.

Their counters are not wheelchair accessible . They are asking for a lawsuit and I don't mind giving the at least one!!!

The rental car center is awesome... Just don't book here or you'l pay a ton of fees! Book with priceline and avis usually approves a low bid.

Dollar rent-a-car was not helpful at all. Hertz service was fantastic!

Unless you like cutting it close, leave plenty of time to drop off your car and get to the terminal. I usually plan to drop off car 90-120 minutes before my flight

This perhaps the worst hertz location for upstanding their presidential circle members, every week I have to go back to the rental car gold office and beg for the upgrade
