Stylish restaurant , the owners have their own cattle farm in the Tuscan town of Sinalunga, where they raise Chianina — an ancient Italian breed known for its white hair, long limbs and marbled meat.

The burgers here are made from local Chianina beef , and the toppings include black olive salsa and truffles . Not your ordinary burger !!

They serve the best burger in Firenze. Nice atmosphere, local people and good staff .
