Nice and warm atmosphere for drinks. Food is a amazing, always having new taste experiences here. Lemon curd cake with creme fresh icecream in the pic.
Stravaigin is a serious foodie’s delight. The cool contemporary dining space in the basement has booth seating , and helpful, laid-back waiting-staff to assist in deciphering the audacious menu.
Lovely curved zinc bar to the right when you enter. Sit at the curved end for the perfect flaneur-style view of the window and street outside or looking back into the bar for a bit of people watching
???? Easy going joint with fantastic food, authentic and personable staff and lovely atmosphere. Delicious Haggis neeps and tatties , great desserts . ????
Fantastic for a drink or a meal or both. This time had cod with crispy chicken wing , stonebass with mussels and clams , them cheese to finish. Always really popular. Great craic.
A really interesting selection on the menu, great for brunch or dinner . Service can be slow but what’s the rush? Grab a seat downstairs for a more cozy afternoon catch-up.

Best meal we had in Glasgow. Hard to go wrong with anything on the menu, but the crispy oxtail appetizer was particularly excellent.
I didn't enjoy haggis very much but Stravaigin's was the best I've ever tasted. Personally starters, wee or big plates were better than main dishes.
Amazing food and fancy drinks! Great bar for pre/post dinner drinks upstairs and intimate dining room downstairs! Loved every bite!
The mussels with moqueca are to die for.
Excellent local food with a nice modern twist. Efficient and friendly service .
Always visit when I'm in Glasgow for their amazing haggis , neeps and tatties . Great wine list and friendly service as standard.
Fantastic meal, really well cooked, presented and balanced plate of food. Sensational flavours. Excellent service .
The Bloody Mary here is the perfect hangover drink for brunch ..
Stravaigin is a less stuffy, extravagant affair. The name comes from the old Scots word ‘stravaig’ meaning ‘to wander aimlessly with intent’ and encapsulates its ‘think global, eat local ethos’. Read more
Loved their brunch ! The spicy hollandaise on the eggs Benedict was amazing!
Great burger , and starters were great, open till late. You should stop by for really good food
Not a fan of the burgers (meat overdone, is that liquid smoke?, buns meh), but everything else I've tried is fab, especially the soups and specials. Love the vibe and decor!
Haggis (both meat and veggie ) is amazing, strongly recommend to try it here.
Haggis , neaps and tatties never disappoint plus the nasi goreng is an excellent staple.
Entry-level has a buzzing two-level bar that’s open 11am to midnight daily; you can also eat here. There are always plenty of menu deals and special culinary nights.
Try Scotish seafood especially, yet the whole menu is great. Well picked wine and beer selection . Excellent service and friendly staff .
Amazing Nasi Goreng ! Great service and really love the atmosphere and decor in the bar
The steak and the burger were great!!! The haggis was so spicy i couldn't taste it!
Kick ass eggs florentine are to die for. Dogs are welcomed + catered for with water.
Fab full Scottish breakfast and a lovely wee cafe ☕️
You really have to be careful when attempting to use the hand dryer in the gents. FAR too close to the urinals. Bum touching a serious danger. Still, great food, drinks and staff !
As I am now once again rightfully the major I would strongly advise you buy yourself and your nearest neighbour a huge pint of addlestones.
Best haggis in Glasgow. The gin & tonic is not bad either!
The 'Kick Ass Eggs Benedict' definitely lives up to its name. The Chilli Hollandaise sauce is delicious!
Hosts of The Cleikum Club - Service, food & wine always wonderful!
Everything I had was so spicy that it was impossible to get the taste
best burger in glasgow - whiskey sauce is amazing.
Food is great but a bit too slow over here. Take around 30 minute to have the first dish. Which is too long for customer to wait. However overall still acceptable due to friendly waitress
Very friendly service . Haggis is amazing.
Nice place . Worthwhile a visit
Try to get a seat upstairs if you're eating. Have a cocktail , they're great!
Wonderful world food. Nice coffee .
Sit out in the sun!! Lovely menu..a little pricey !!
A must try the Gorgonzola ice cream !
Best bar in Glasgow.
Try the Belhaven Best fish supper. Supreme!
The best haggis ever !!! Good crack !!! Even better since the refurbishment !
Service wins the day in here, and that matters to me just as much as the grub .
Starters are good
Fab chili mussles and pretty new bar .
Burger burger burger
Lovely food, but don't expect to be able to have any conversation at your table - this place is extremely, extremely noisy !
The urinals in the gents toilets are too close together for two men to comfortably piss next to each other.
The house ales are both perfectly reasonable in both quality and cost. And the malt of the month is a bargin at 1.95! - Alex
Very interesting room on St Kilda history and freshwater pearl mussel fishing in Scotland. - Cyril Novel
Its all fabulous & FREE. My son & i kept going back. The grounds are incredible. The entire area down there is phenomenal DONT pass up. Learning cool stuff the entire way through. ???? - Nikki Edelhauser
The cheesy mornay eggs are delicious. Free range eggs and pork too. Very impressed. Good coffee too :) - Janine Beck
