Great museum (free entrance) with a nice standard historic collection and several smaller expositions . A very nice building, mostly targeted to a younger audience
Mix of different experiences, I enjoyed the swords on display, the Scottish first peoples and Scottish history and culture. A lot for kids to experience as well .

Huge place, tons of things to see. The Christ of St John of the Cross by Dalí is a must. It has so much energy and although is very different from his other work, it still keeps his essence.
Gorgeous museum and art gallery . Wildlife and natural science exhibit is amazing. Be sure to stick around for the daily organ recitals at 1pm.
An amazing building and equally impressive exhibits . Free entry but worth a sizeable donation.
One of Glasgow's must-see attractions ! Kids & adults are amazed by some of the life-size models like the Spitfire plane . Take your selfie stick & grab a great shot with the floating heads &it's free!
Great museum with an eclectic mix, something for everyone, art lovers will enjoy. Beautiful building with lots of bars , eateries around.
This is a museum with a little bit of everything. You can lose yourself on all its history and maze like construction . I go there once every month.
I have visited Kelvingrove museum and park as well during a musical performance (classic) and it has been striking. My favourite painting is "Christ of St. John of the Cross" by Dali`.
Great art museum with interesting architecture . From the outside, it looks like a castle . I recommend every visitor to come to this place.
Awesome exhibitions in a mind-blowing building... can't wait to go back and explore more! ????????

Its an amazing place! So much to look at, its so interesting to gather ideas from dinosaurs , Egyptian history, painting , Scottish engineering and more! excellent place!
Amazing collection and free entry.
Best viewing for the daily organ recitals is up on the first floor.
Best of all, everything – including every painting – has an easy-reading paragraph of interpretation next to it: what a great idea. Bus 17, among many others, runs here from Renfield St.
The permanent museum wasn't interesting and/or inspiring for me, however the temporary comic gallery was insanely good and well organised.
Interesting content and free. Some of the exhibits are laid out in confusing order. French art section was good. Hanging heads are cool.
I love their Glasgow exhibit . It's nice to learn about the history of the place.
You’ll find fine art alongside stuffed animals, and Micronesian shark-tooth swords alongside a Spitfire plane , but it’s not mix ’n’ match: rooms are thoughtfully themed, and collection are manageable.
Great museum . Last visit was over a decade ago, so I’m glad to see it’s still enjoyable!
Every day 13:00 organ concert ( 15 min long ), a lot of old paintings , animals, weapons and other. Free entrance.
A great museum . Fantastic collection.
Get here for their daily organ recital at 1pm.
The 'Quest for Beauty' exhibit was worth the few pounds to enter! Beautiful exhibit !
A place with a nice architecture and with very large number of exhibits .
An absolutely fantastic art and culture museum . Look out for the seasonal exhibitions .
Very interesting room on St Kilda history and freshwater pearl mussel fishing in Scotland.
One of the best places to visit in Glasgow
There’s an excellent room of Scottish art , a room of fine French Impressionist works, and quality Renaissance paintings from Italy and Flanders.
Great place for a bit of culture! Kids will love the stuffed animals too - giant giraffe and elephant!
Daily 1pm Pipe Organ recitals are a must! Go and see the Dali too.
Used to be one of the world's great galleries . Partially ruined by councillor Bridget McConnell who oversaw a moronic overhaul that involved bizarre placements of artefacts. Good bits remain - just.
A must see for any trip to Glasgow.
The menu here is as sophisticated as the soundtrack. Read more

Great museum . You have a cafe in middle of the room :)
