Nice beach wit good drive along! Can't get into water because it's quite rocky. But has good restaurants nd cafes where u can sip a good drink overlooking d ocean. Night times r crowded esp. weekends

The picturesque Promenade Beach is the best place in Pondicherry to breathe fresh air , view sunset & watch the stunningly beautiful sea. Walk along this beach is really amazing.

It was once a really good place to have a walk during sunrise and sunset . But now it has become very dirty and lot of indecent crowd visits the beach to have different kind of fun.

Not exactly a beach but a sea shore with rocks on it..they call it rock beach locally. Well sea side is always nice and open and airy..this place is full of people too.

Good walk. 1830 to 0730 its a walk area as no vehicles are allowed. parking can be found in the nearby park near museum
