If you haven't already I recommend a caramel latte . Am a big fan of Starbucks, always good to sit and unwind with a coffee
It has some nice sofas to sit down and enjoy your drink.
Try a soy instead of cows milk in your drink. If you have a reward card the soy is free. Lower in fat and higher in calcium and causes no harm to animals :-)
Mocha frappe now made with milk so much less sugar and can be 'light'
