Apple support process is smooth, attentive and effective. The store is odd but inviting and has very good staff . Great products too :)

When I go to a bricks and mortar store at quiet periods it would be great not to be asked to book an appointment and come back just to buy the kit. May as well just buy on line !

Super busy store! Arrive atleast 10-15mins before your appt as sometimes theres a long queue to check you in and theres only 1 person who does all of it!

Its okay... The second floor is overcrowded and hard to browse the accessories sold there... Apple needs to do something about that, cause the genius bar is causing the 2nd floor congestion...

Awful experience every time. Went in today and was passed around 4 people just to buy a new watch strap. Put it down & walked out in the end. Will get from John Lewis where they understand service
