I don't know why so many tips say the staff can't speak English or won't look you in the eye- I have found the staff very helpful and all with a good command of English. And remember, this is China!

The staff are great, lobby/recepcion folks of course speak English. The room service staff speak very little English but try. Helpdesk is very helpful. Rooms are very good & comfy . Location is great!

Upgrade your room for 365 RMB and free breakfast and free appetizers & drinks at night (there are so many it's basically free dinner ). The food quality & selection is amazing, & service is the best

Just a quick walk away from Beijing station, you can find a lot of what you need within the hotel lobby, including ATM , convenience store , and cafes .

The smoking in the lobby and 2nd floor is out of control. My eyes are burning and I can't stop sneezing. Would be great to see hotel implement a comprehensive no smoking policy in public spaces.

There is CVS market at lobby ,sells budweiser 6¥uen only! But roomservice same beer 55¥uen????

たぶん日本語は喋れないだろうけど、英語は通じる。とても綺麗で落ち着けるホテル 。建物内にはミニストップの他に、西側の出口から左にファミマもあり、ビール とかお菓子 とか買えて便利。ATMもあるので人民元も調達できる。朝食 は2Fで。地下鉄 は建国門が一番最寄だけど、北京駅も近い。周辺に目ぼしい観光 地はないけど、地下鉄 ではどこに行くにも不便がない立地。

Can communicate in Eng despite of some tips. Very clean and good space. There're convenience stores, 全家 on the west side as well as MiniStop inside. Convenient place wherever you wanna go on subway.
