Really the most Royal cafe in Tartu. Historical apartments and classical music are charming:)
Nice for meeting people over tea and desert but the food is for low expectations only, the name and location could deserve better...
Main courses are big, but don't offer any culinary excitement. Good desserts make up for it. Stick to them!
