Pros - Professional and friendly hotel staff . Easy access to food via Houlihan's. Cons - Toilet hard to flush, low water pressure in shower . A/C unit is outdated. Maybe good enough for a 1 night stay.

The 292 bus stops right out front but the front desk does not share the fact that it will take you to downtown San Francisco for less than half the price of BART. $2 into the city and $4 back.

Wonderful staff ! Comfy beds and nice, clean rooms every evening when we get back. Great price and free shuttle to and from airport !

I don't usually leave reviews but this hotel is so gross that I had to... Gross hair in the bathroom and toilet , fake eyelashes on the nightstand, food under the bed, trash in the drawers. Enough said

5th floor south tower some of the nicest holiday inn rooms I've ever stayed in!

Old big hotel air vents are filthy stay somewhere else particularly given the cost of the room and then you pay for parking never again here I would give. It a 2 star rating

Only 1 really slow lift in the south tower and no stairs except at alarmed emergency exits. So frustrating!
